In Polk County, providing commercial collection service legally requires a Nonexclusive Commercial Franchise under County Ordinance 13-069, in effect since 2013. MAGNO holds that franchise. It means the county has formally authorized us to collect and dispose of commercial waste, our vehicles pass annual county inspection, and we have access to the commercial side of the North Central Landfill — where out-of-county and unfranchised haulers are turned away. For a property manager, office, or retail owner, that's the difference between a hauler who disposes of your waste properly and one who might dump it anywhere.
