Commercial Junk Removal

Many "junk guys" advertising online have no county franchise, no insurance and no access to the commercial landfill. That may not matter for a single couch, but a business has more on the line. In Polk County, providing commercial collection service legally requires a Nonexclusive Commercial Franchise under County Ordinance 13-069, in effect since 2013. MAGNO holds that franchise. It means the county has formally authorized us to collect and dispose of commercial waste, our vehicle is inspected by the county, and we have access to the commercial side of the North Central Landfill, where unfranchised haulers are turned away. For a property manager, office, or retail owner, that's the difference between a hauler who disposes of your waste properly and one who might dump it anywhere.

We handle the light and medium loads a typical business generates: office furniture, desks, chairs, cubicles and partitions, filing cabinets, shelving and retail fixtures, e-waste and electronics (monitors, printers, networking gear), restaurant dining furniture and décor, breakroom appliances, and the clutter left in storage rooms, common areas, and vacated units. We load everything and sweep up, with minimal disruption to your operation. Because we run a cargo van built for light-to-medium material, we don't take heavy machinery, concrete, or block. If a job needs that, we'll tell you and point you to the right equipment.

MAGNO is licensed and carries $2M general liability, so you're covered if anything goes wrong on your property, a real concern when an uninsured operator works your site. Every job ends with before-and-after photos, which property managers and remote owners use to document turnovers and common-area clears. We work around your hours, including early mornings and Saturdays, and you only pay for the space your load takes in our truck. Call before noon and same-day service is usually available.
