The less time we spend figuring out what goes and what stays, the faster the job is done. A few minutes of prep before we arrive can save real time on-site.
What to Do Before We Arrive
Here's what actually helps:
- Walk through each space and decide what goes and what stays
- If there are items you want to keep nearby, move them out of the way or point them out clearly
- Clear a path to large items if possible. We'll do the lifting, but a clear doorway or hallway helps
- If you have items that might qualify for the Circular Credit, set them aside so we can check them
- Let us know about any access restrictions (gates, elevators, parking rules)
What You Don't Need to Do
You don't need to:
- Carry anything to the curb
- Disassemble furniture
- Sort or bag loose items
- Be present for the entire job, though someone should be on-site to confirm the price before we start
Day-Of Tips
Call before noon for the best same-day availability. When we arrive, we'll do a quick walkthrough, confirm the price upfront, based on the space your items take in our truck, and get to work.
What We Can't Take
We don't haul hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, gasoline, propane tanks, car batteries, or asbestos. Refrigerators, freezers and AC units are fine, with no extra fee. For tires, send us a photo first. If you're unsure about something, text a photo to (863) 458-3459 and we'll tell you straight.
One More Thing
If you have items in good condition, like working appliances, solid furniture or clean mattresses, ask about the Circular Credit. We apply up to $25 off your removal when items can be donated or recycled instead of landfilled.
