- Clear a path to large items if possible — we'll do the lifting, but a clear doorway or hallway helps

- Let us know about any access restrictions (gates, elevators, parking rules)
What You Don't Need to Do
You don't need to:

- Be present for the entire job — though someone should be on-site to confirm the price before we start
Day-Of Tips
Call before noon for the best same-day availability. When we arrive, we'll do a quick walkthrough, confirm the volume-based price upfront, and get to work. Most residential jobs are done in under two hours.
